Preparing For Your Trip To Canada
Canada can be a very exciting place to visit due to it's culture. You should make sure that you are well prepared for your trip to help ensure a better experience.
* The first thing you should do is get yourself a passport or in some cases a visa (depending on where you live).
* You need to be in good health and might need a medical examination before you arrive.
* Be prepared to show an immigration officer that you have a reason to go back to your country such as home and family or a job and that you do intend to leave after your visit has ended.
* Be prepared to have plenty of money for your trip. You will need to factor in your accommodations, air travel expenses, transportation costs, food and drink, tips, recreational expenses and taxes.
* Canada can become quite cold, so be sure to pack warm clothing.
* You might want to consider obtaining travel insurance to cover things such as a cancellation of your trip, lost luggage, etc. Also check with your medical policy to see if you are covered overseas for emergencies.
* Make sure you are familiar with laws and regulations. You are subject to all laws in a foreign country during your visit.
* Take measures to avoid being subjected to crime. For instance, do not wear clothing or large amounts of expensive jewelry that attracts attemtion. Also, do not carry large amounts of money, leave your luggage unattended or accept packages or luggage from strangers.
* Understand that if you have been convicted of a criminal offense (including both serious and even minor offenses), you might not be allowed in Canada.
* The currency in Canada is the Canadian dollar although most locations will except American currency. It is wise to use traveler's checks in Canadian dollar. To get the best exchange rate for currency you might want to use the Canadian chartered banks.
Get yourself a good Canadian guidebook to plan your trip accordingly, book your accommodations in advance and prepare to have a wonderful visit.

Right now if you are driving into Canada, you only need to have your birth certificate.
In the US they are offering enhanced liscenses, so you can use your liscense to get into Canada if you have an enhanced liscense.
I love going to Canada!

I think the above post covers some excellent advice, and I'd mention that if you come here in the summer and stay in many areas in the southern parts of Canada, it can also be very hot.
For example, Toronto has smog days and other very hot days when there are municipal locations set up as cooling stations for people who are out on the go but don't have access to air conditioning - Just a heads up if you're coming to southern Ontario in the dog days of the summer.

They are passport, Visa, tickets, travel insurance & medical insurance, sufficient money to cover the trip. Canada is a beautiful place to visit, it is picture perfect. Your information is mind blowing about Canada which is full of tourist destinations but few of them are most beautiful and a must see for everyone.
I’d like to recommend visiting Montreal which is an outstanding city with some breathtaking places. Lots of destinations are located and Olympic Park pretty good for vacation.
Moreover, try visiting Virginia and its breathtaking places like Luray.

Beginning in May, financial stimulus payments will be made to well over 130 million households by the Treasury. You will discover a couple of necessities that you simply will have to meet in advance of getting just one of those rebate checks. A few of the necessities include; taxpayers should have a legitimate public safety card and $3,000 of revenue and file a 2007 federal tax return.
Banks and banking institutions have used checks since at the very least the 1500s, whenever Dutch “cashiers” accepted written notes from people who had entrusted them with their cash (known then, and now, as “depositers”) for numerous or all of the cash that the “cashiers” have been holding. That practice remains in use today.
