Monday - Sapa Cocly Market-Day - 4days The same Bac Ha or Can Can Markets in this area, Cocly market is a market-day and is held the Tuesday of every month all year around. This is one of the biggest open-air markets in the region. Vendors and shoppers alike come from all over the mountain around to stroll along the mountain trail with their pack-hoses. the market-day has reckoned as the comunity meeting-place, where the people can meet friends, eatting & drinking, shopping......event find out their girl-friends here. so it's no surprise that people wear their best & colorful dress…..with very..very heavy of silver-jewelry and specially with The women embroider elaborate floral motifs on their skirts, making a technicolour dream for photographers
There are 8 Montagnard (highlanders or mountain people) groups that live around this area, the colouful Flower H'mong are the most visible, hut other groups include Dzao, Giay (Nhang), Han (Hoa), Xa Fang, Lachi, Nung, Phula.
Items on sale include water buffaloes, pigs,horses, dogs and chickens and all of working tools which help people with their rural life
Day 1 - Monday: Hanoi – Victoria Express Train to Sapa
Pick you up at your hotel or other meeting point for overnight express train to Sapa. The train leaves at 21:30pm.

Coc Ly marketDay 2- Tuesday: Lao Cai Station - Cocly Market - Sapa
Arrival to Laocai station is scheduled at 6am, Breakfast at local restaurant with hot soup & strong Vietnamese coffee or tea to wake you up ,then transfer to our private car to Cocly Market. We try to get there as soon as possible, because this market-day operates only on a Tuesday’s morning ( 08:00Am to 12:00Am). On the way to get there, you will meet a lot of ethnic people along the same road on way to Market. Visit a basic CocLy market but full of the hill tribes with colorful clothes. Experience it to learn about their habits & customs and of course “ Kodak at moment”, do not forget charging a camera-battery fully before come here .. The same time at noon when the local people leave the market to go back home, we board our boat for a cruise trip along the beautiful Chay river (2 hours). Picnic lunch will be served on boat. The truly of pastoral scenery help you have lunch with gusto. Half way of cruise trip we will stop to visit a nice village of Tay minority by side of river. You will be interested in the architecture of Still-Houses here. Bamboo is main of material to the build the house, Simple but impression.
Car will be waiting to us at the end of this cruising, then transfer us back to Sapa.
Check in hotel and time to enjoy a swimming in a Heated indoor swimming pool and health centre, or simply set down at outdoor bar to enjoy the sun set with a drink..

Start out by car then do a soft walk to visit Laochai & Tavan village for 2-3 hours on flat footpath. Picnic lunch by the creek. his is a absolutely spectacular walk through stunning scenery inhabited by some of the friendliest people you can meet. Stopping for a picnic lunch on the way at a family in Ta Van village. Return to Sapa by car in the afternoon. Balance of the day will visit and shop at Sapa market
