Default Recipe for Somali spiced tea?

I know basically what goes into it and when to add stuff but I need to know the ratio of the spices. Cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves (tell me if I am missing anything) and a good black tea to make it with. thanks!

Sorry, I haven't heard of Somali spiced tea but I have really enjoyed versions of ginger tea, especially in cold wet weather.

Do you think that would be a good hot beverage for some of the winters here in North America?
