Are there any ways you know to increase one's height besides drinking milk? I'm 5'2 and like a small boy. I really want to grow taller. So I thought of asking here.

how old are you sav..human stop growing when reaches the age of 25..if your younger then maybe try taking vitamins or even consult a doctor for that..

eat banana..... and boiled potato... boiled eggs and chicken..
and do lot of exercise....
and if u drink .....
then drink beer.....
and plz remember don't forget to do exercise...... or else u will gain fats not muscles

I'm 19 now. I just had my birthday last month. Although I really really want to consult a doctor my height, I don't know what kind of doctor I should go to. What kind of doctor I should look for if its about height? Do yo know?
