Biarritz on the Atlantic Ocean, next to the Spanish border. This is a very interesting resort, where you can find beautiful beaches that attract people of France when Napoleon III and a number of royal as Queen Victoria or Edward VII.
IMO, Phuket is a better Island as compared to the others. It is one of the world most famous destinations for tourists as well.
Plenty of stunning beaches are situated and some are tranquil for honeymoon couples as well. The environment, crystal blue water, soft white sand and perfect tropical are tremendously breathtaking.
