I'm Algerian, i spent 37 years of my life eating the best food from the traditional Algerian kitchen, because my family is one of the families who preffer kiping there traditional cooking..

I remember my 5 first years before school in my litle village wher i was born, we went me and my parent to green gardens wher we ate the frech vigitable and fruit directly from trees ..

AAAH ... the verry beatiful thing i do in my life..
Now i'm in Canada, we never smel that in tomato, or orange we bought from shops, unfortunitly all kind of meal is untastable even meat or fruits or anything...

Whay ? because of human ignorance about the importance of quality and not quantity
